Yup, that's right, we're getting in touch with our inner cajuns!!
Our new "home away from home" is at Reunion Lake RV Resort in Robert, Louisiana. No sandy beaches here, but it's pretty just the same with a nice pool, lots of palms, a weight room, and close to New Orleans and Baton Rouge! Had supper tonight at a southern buffet just down the road...OMG!
They featured all the cajun classics: crab legs, prawns, jambalaya, gumbo, ribs, catfish, steak, frog legs, corn on the cob, fried okra, fried pickles, mac and cheese and my personal favourite...hushpuppies! All delicious...Now we are SO FULL!
